I don't want to be having the same conversations as everyone else.

You might think that #burnout and #impostersyndrome are scary, embarrassing or taboo topics.

As someone who has experienced it, I have a certain lens through which I see them. That lens is white, straight, working to middle class, educated, covered in pet hair and eats too much cheese.

It's not the only lens though.

I want to talk about where burnout meets experiences that differ from my own.

I want to have conversations about burnout meeting non-white-collar working. About where it intersects with disability.

I want to hear from you if you're a parent, a creative, a vocational worker.

I want to know your experience where burnout is riding along in the backseat with you and you don't know what to do with it.

Over the next 3-4 weeks I'm opening up lots of heavily discounted 1:1 time.

It's just £20 for a 45 minute telephone call where I get to understand more of your perspective and understanding of stress and burnout and give you as much guidance and support as I can in that time.

These sessions are open to all. They are one-off but can be added to any current programme of 1:1 work.

If you would like one of these sessions, click through to book your spot, it really is that simple!
